The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have nothing but question marks surrounding them. It's almost inconceivable to think back to a season not so
long ago that the Buccaneers took home the Super Bowl trophy, but Tampa Bay faithful have a little bit of a different take on the outlook for the 2005 season. Quarterback Brian Griese will try and build upon last season where he threw for 20 touchdown passes. Griese will get some help from wide receiver Michael Clayton, who was last seasons most productive rookie receiver in the league. Clayton grabbed 80 catches last season and also produced 1,193 yards in receiving with seven touchdowns. Running back Carnell Williams was this past
seasons fifth pick in the NFL draft, and with that gives the Buccaneers the hope it needs in its rushing attack. Williams broke famed Auburn and pro running back Bo Jackson's school record for points and scored a touchdown in 29 of 42 games played.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers look for upward movement in their quest back to greatness. Most people around the league may not feel the Buccaneers have the
ability, but with coach John Gruden calling the plays you have to respect this team.
