As Staind prepare for the next leg of U.S. headlining tour dates, the band's current single, 'Right Here' marks the fourth #1 track in as many years from the multi-platinum group. The song--from their current Chapter V album which entered the Billboard Top 200 Chart at #1 in the U.S.--was a #1 track on both the Active & Mainstream Rock Radio charts. It follows 'So Far Away' from 2003's 14 Shades of Grey (#1 at Active, Mainstream Rock and Alternative), plus "It's Been A While" (#1 at Mainstream Rock) and "For You" (#1 at Active Rock) from 2001's Break The Cycle's 2001. Meanwhile, Staind--singer Aaron Lewis, guitarist Mike Mushok, bassist Johnny April and drummer Jon Wysocki--are due to return to the road October 29 for a full headlining tour. "The key to every one of Staind's five albums has been that mix of volume, tension, mayhem and Lewis' melodies, which shine through brightly here," says Newhouse News Service of Staind's new album. "All in all, a rock-solid return from one of the best hard-rock bands in the business. Ten years burning down the road and Staind is still showing no signs of slowing down."
