The Seattle Seahawks have been waiting for some time for that "special season" to happen. Last season was the beginning of very good
things for the Seahawks as they took the NFC West Division title. This year seems to be a good bet too as most of the key players for the Seahawks
come back to an entire organization ready to propel themselves to the next level and make a serious move to NFC dominance. Matt Hasselbeck returns as the Seahawks quarterback and hopes to improve upon a productive last season where he produced 22 touchdowns. Running back Shaun Alexander is arguably the most consistent running back in the NFL. Alexander hasn't scored less than 16
touchdowns in any season he's played. Wide Receive Darrell Jackson finished last season with 87 receptions and produced 1,199 yards in receiving.
Combined with a strong defense the Seattle Seahawks should be a true contender for the NFC race as the playoffs heat up in January.
