The sitcom focuses on a family man from Tulsa, Oklahoma (Carrington) as he quits the blue-collar job he has held for 10 years to pursue his dream of being a stand-up comedian. The forthcoming television show, which is loosely based on Carrington's real career, will feature material from his stand-up routine.
