Stewart's first Songbook album remained on the Billboard Top 200 chart for almost 2 years. Rod Stewart spent most of 2004 on the road with "From Maggie May to the Great American Songbook," an 82-city tour that stopped at Boardwalk Hall on July 10, 2004 and was one of the Top 5 grossing tours of the year.
