Nine Inch Nails made it's debut on the music scene with it's first album entitled Pretty Hate Machine. That album got the critics talking but it wasn't until Broken, released in September of 1992, and then followed up by the incredible album, The Downward Spiral, that Nine Inch Nails broke into the mainstream and could be heard on radios and stereo systems across college campuses nationwide.
