Kool & the Gang has sold more than 70 million albums worldwide and have performed continuously for the past 30 years, longer than any R&B group in history. Their hits include, "Celebration," "Cherish," "Jungle Boogie," "Summer Madness" and "Open Sesame."
Since the formation of the group in 1964, Kool and the Gang has changed and evolved with the times. The members, Robert "Kool" Bell, Ronald Bell, George Brown, Dennis Thomas and Charles Smith emerged as pioneers of R&B music and still delight audiences today with their crowd-pleasing tunes.
