They began the off season by making a huge move in signing one of the top free agent relievers in the game Troy Percival. Percival has saved at least 32 games in each of the last five seasons. He should definitely help the ball club. In addition to Percival they also landed All-Star, power hitting right fielder Magglio Ordonez. Detroit jumped from 43 wins in 2003 to 72 last season and hope to continue that trend in 05' and in years to come.
