The Washington Redskins received what they thought was a savior last season whose name is Joe Gibbs. The legendary coach of the Redskins
that gave the team Super Bowl Championships during his tenure came back to the team in 2004, but the comeback was a little less than what was expected. The Redskins finished the 2004 NFL Season with a 6-10 record, but come into this season with much higher hopes. Patrick Ramsey still helms the offense at quarterback and
despite the arrival of this years draft Jason Campbell, Ramsey is still expected to be the starter. Running back Clinton Portis ran for 1,315 yards last season
and much more is expected of his in the 2005 season. Newly acquired wide receiver Santana Moss is expected to give the Washington Redskins a shot in the arm and the deep threat they need to be in contention.
