The Portland Trail Blazers finished last season with a pathetic 27-55 record. Not much is expected to change coming into the 2005-2006 NBA Season. The Trail Blazers have done nothing in the front office to prove to anyone that they are serious about getting back to being one of the class teams in the NBA. 

The Trailblazers hold their hearts and hopes on players that have yet to prove they are clear winners. This cast of characters includes Sebastian Telfair, sleaky Darius Miles and Zach Randolph. On paper these players individually should bring a little ray of sunshine to the Trail Blazers faithful, but as a collective group not much is expected. To anyone who wears the proverbial Trailblazer Black, Red and White heart on their sleeves we greatly apologize and hope we are incorrect in our assessment.
